Internship: Project Assistant
Atlanta, GA (Majority Remote Work) — Part Time
Millennielle, a fashion and lifestyle blog, is looking for a Project Assistant to coordinate editorial and digital activities, including simple tasks and larger initiatives. For this role, you will work remotely majority of the time, so initiative, communication and collaboration skills are essential. Ultimately, you will ensure projects meet quality standards, produce a return on investment, and are completed on time and within budget. This job will start out part-time, with opportunity for growth into full-time, permanent placement. Local and overseas travel is to be expected.
• Creating and sending pitches to brands and on a seasonal basis (e.g. festival season - Coachella, Fashion Week, holiday season)
• Travel planning: hotel, flights, sourcing travel guides and photo ops
• Basic invoice / bookkeeping work
• Assisting with photography & Instagram Stories content where needed
• Managing editorial calendar and the shoot schedule
• Submitting Millennielle content to third-party websites for consideration
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible
• Passion for high-quality content creation
• Team spirit, personal accountability, solid organization and time-management skills
• Adobe Creative Suite license is a plus
