RAISE YOUR HAND IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF COOL IDEAS AND FUN GOALS …
… BUT ALSO IF WE’RE BEING HONEST, YOU’RE REALLY TIRED and you have no money.
You have bills to pay, a million side hustles to work on, you love making content and you’d obviously love to get stuff for free, but you don’t even have a swipe up on Instagram.
Working with brands more often (or at all) sounds great, but cold-emailing a bunch of companies who might not even read your message honestly sounds exhausting, not to mention awkward.
Would anyone really want to work with you anyways?
YOUR OPTIONS ARE:
wait til you go viral and hope it happens soon
shop at the dollar store and try to make it work for your feed
find a cheap, fast way to learn how to be a boss at brand partnerships right now, without needing to grow your audience and without spending the big bucks on some huge, expensive e-course AKA GET NICE THINGS FOR FREE
AN E-BOOK FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE, LIKE, ZERO FOLLOWERS
When I wrote this book I had fewer than 7,000 followers on Instagram and only 1,000 subscribers on YouTube, yet I had already worked with more than 30 brands, adding up to literally thousands of dollars worth of free products from cute new clothes to dreamy high-end furniture to free vacations.
I have listened to influencer Podcasts and worked with a paid consultant on formulating plans to pitch a brand. This e-book by far is the most comprehensive and cost effective approach on the market for brand pitching. Julie’s in-depth discussion on how the system works coupled with her pitch templates to help even the most intimidated of us to get started with pitching a brand, makes this e-book an incredible value to influencers! — @neverwithoutnavy
You are about to read the MOST helpful piece of literature out there for smaller influencers. Most classes, instructional books, etc. about the influencing space have an element of “when I get bigger I can apply this,” but Julie’s ebook gives you the tools to kickstart your brand collaboration journey no matter what your audience looks like. From detailed descriptions of how to hook a brand to how to even find an appropriate brand in the first place, this book gives the reader inspiration, agency, and direction! — @wearsbrynn

ARE YOU READY FOR LOTS OF “GOOD MAIL DAYS” ON YOUR INSTAGRAM STORIES?!
Q: I seriously don’t have a lot of time for this kind of thing — will this book be worth it even if I can’t dedicate a lot of effort to brand partnerships right now?
A: I get you! That’s why I created the email templates. You’ll benefit the most from reading through everything I’ve learned from my experience working with brands, but the templates allow you to just copy and paste text into an email and fill in a couple easy blanks. It should take you about 2 minutes to complete one brand pitch using a template, so if you have 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week, that’s 25 potential brand partnerships per week.
Q: Does this book talk at all about pricing and paid partnerships?
A: No, it does not! This book is meant for very small influencers so it focuses on working out unpaid trades. All of the information could still be helpful for an influencer with a larger audience, but it doesn’t touch on pricing at all.
Q: Will these tips apply to me if I only have 100 followers?
A: Yes! There is a whole section on what you can offer if you don’t have a large following! So many ways to get creative and make it worth-while to the brand.
