OSCARS INSPIRED SHOPPING GUIDE ft. ANGELEYE FASHION
If you saw my recent Instagram post, you know that I make a big deal of watching the Oscars every year!
One of the things I love about watching the Oscars is taking notes on all the fashion on the red carpet. This year was full of realllyyy fun styles (as expected!) because bright colors, sparkles and maximalism are in right now.
I just got this beaded dress as a gift from ANGELEYE Fashion in exchange for a blog post, and I realized the Oscars Shopping Guide I already planned to make was the perfect excuse to feature them since so many of their looks are beaded/sparkly — just like last night! (can I get some heart eyes?!!!)
I first discovered ANGELEYE in Molly Burke’s closet for the Streamy’s Awards! I literally teared up because I saw this dress and loved it sooooo much. Here I am a couple months later, very honored to be doing a post with them!

Alright, so… here we go! All my favorite red carpet trends from last night, as found at ANGELEYE Fashion:
BEADED / SEQUINS
I expected to see this trend on the red carpet since it’s been in style for a while! I saw a lot of gray and silver metallic but the beaded looks of every color were all over!
PINK, YELLOW & RED
Lots of vibrant colors made an appearance — especially pink, yellow and red. I’m very into those colors right now — loved Constance Wu’s look.
This was one trend I didn’t expect to see, but I saw tons of high-neck looks! I’m normally not really into high-necks, but so many people pulled it off well and it’s growing on me a lot.
Loved Emma Stone’s look and saw several others with interesting statement sleeves too.
Any favorite trends/pieces? Let me know!
